DRAW WITH ME Sisu ART ON CUE Suomi 4k
The word that was chosen for my ‘Art on Cue’ piece this month was the Finnish word ‘Sisu’ suggested to me by Sofia Journals (Thanks Sofia) Once I looked into this word, it was so interesting that I felt quite strongly about creating a piece that would try to portray this feeling.

Sisu means strength, endurance, and determination to keep going in the face of adversity. Not easily translated but Finns have this quality as part of their national character. So cool! So my piece today is trying to portray that through an image using a spirit animal and strong posture (reference photo was of @suviriggs). I kept my art nouveau trend going and am really happy with the result. Hope you enjoy the video (and the music!) x
